Which hops do i need for a grapefuity flavour

Had a cracking beer in Weatherspoon's yesterday from Peerless Brewing I think, light pale zesty which I want to do in my beers leading up to summer.

What hops create this flavour, I used to have a link to a hop wheel online showing which hops produced certain flavours/aromas but I cant find it now, all help will be greatly appreciated.

Oh my brew method is BIAB with all grain mostly IPA, not sure if that helps or not....
 
You can lob a couple of grapefruit in there as well if that's what you're after. Bag up the sterilised zest and the flesh and stick it in your fermenter for a few days. You'll find several threads all with the words Elvis Juice in the title describing the process and the hops that go with it. Lush it is.
 
I did an experiment over the summer with goldings hops and grapefruit juice.
I replaced some of the water used on the hops with grapefruit juice, once the burrs stated to appear. I haven't brewed with them yet but got a strong grapefruit aroma when I dried them.
 
follow up question, how much dry hops do you use and for how long, I brew 25 litres at a time and have a 5 gallon carboy as my secondary, I tend to use the pellets and measure in grams - Ta !
 
Depends on style and ABV for me. Anything American or modern hop forward British I use this chart from an article on www.port66.co.uk. Usually 2 days at around 20c then drop the temp to 5-8c for a couple of days to drop them to the bottom of the fv, and I only use pellets.

I'll often dry hop with 50g but that is to back up a 100g at flameout, cooled to 80C, with a high alpha hop. Haven't used Cascade in yonks but I now feel tempted to do my brew after next with it. A bit of a hint towards Hallertauer blanc above. I wouldn't include grapefruit in my description of it and have used it dozens of times. It does have a bit of citrus but seems to need to be paired with a high alpha hop at flameout and for me is best as a dry hop. In the boil it seems to lose it's way.
 
If i wanted grapefruit I would go for Cascade and Chinook. Classic American hop combo.
 
Go careful with Cascade!! It is my 'American' hop of choice, and have bought some from different suppliers, because I like the citrus taste it brings. However I recently bought a packet of CML Cascade 5.1% and it was much more 'floral' than citrus to my surprise, still a nice hop to use but very different. CML sell another Cascade 8.1% which is they say is more citrus and I now have a pack of that, but have yet to use it.

I wonder is they are not differentiating between country of origin, now that it is being grown commercially in the US, UK, Australia and Europe?
