I got 3 cartons of solevita apple juice 1.5 litres in lidi yesterday. Can this be used to make cider?

Thanks for the help peeps. I will give it a go. Going to use super wine yeast.
 
I always use ale yeast for my turbo ciders, I think it gives a more mellow taste.
It's a pretty bland yeast I use - Young's general purpose ale yeast. So it doesn't impart any funky flavours, but still nicer than the wine yeast I used before.
Just put another 2 down, but I am thinking of experimenting with a different beer yeast next time, perhaps a saison - just to see how it changes the profile.

Hey thanks for the advice. I must try the ale yeast next. I have made to batches of ribena wine so far. I am new to brewing so the 1st batch i used champagne yeast, the 2nd batch i used the youngs super wine yeast. It has been in the hot press now for 2 weeks and 2 days and is still fermenting when i checked on it this morning.
 
Well it works and its rocket fuel. Only made a galloon to start but going to make 2 more batches soon.
