Found a couple of bags of flaked barley so plan on knocking something together today with one.
I've played around with the recipe builder there and come up with something similar to (according to the builder) an Irish red ale, I've never heard of this style, let alone tasted any. But I'll give it a go and see what happens.
The recipe is:
2800g pale malt
250 crystal
250 flaked barley
90 mins mash time
for the boil:
20g EKG @90 mins
10 Styrian @ 90 mins
5g Cascade @10 mins
1/2 tab finning @10

I'm not sure about dry hopping this style, I'd like to know if this advisable or no?

Can't specifically comment on Irish Red Ale but was drinking some 5AM Saint last night which is an American Red Ale. They don't seem to have any problems with dry hopping but then ARA is probably just an evolution of IRA (and there's your label sorted...). Guess it depends on how much you want to stay true to style vs getting something you want to drink.

Extra Pale 2.56kg
Caramalt 0.88kg
Munich 0.63kg
Crystal 150 0.38kg
Dark Crystal 0.13kg

Cascade 2.5 Start Bitter
Amarillo 2.5 Start Bitter
Nelson Sauvin 2.5 Middle Flavour
Amarillo 12.5 End Flavour
Nelson Sauvin 12.5 End Flavour
Simcoe 25 Dry Hop Aroma
Cascade 50 Dry Hop Aroma
Ahtanum 25 Dry Hop Aroma

Centennial 50 Dry Hop Aroma
Amarillo 25 Dry Hop Aroma

I'm impressed with your hop profiles, looks amazing. I'm unsure of this style, but if it turns out ok, I feel my recipe looks like a solid base to start with. I will certainly look to be more adventurous in the hops department next time.

Not my recipe sadly - that's just the recipe for 5AM Saint.
