Good find, well done mate.
It may be because Wilko are increasing their own range of kits. Online they have four new kits advertised under a general banner of 'Artisan Brewing' or something like that. Each come with a sachet of hops for dry hopping. I've no idea how good these kits are, or if the hops included are up to much, but I'd be interested to find out if anyone buys one.

I checked the dates And they’re well in date. They weren’t discounted or in a sale so I assumed they were priced wrong. I expected to be told £40 at the till but no, £20 for both. All the other wilko, coopers etc. kits were usual price.

Well then, can I guess who's going back tomorrow for more? abigt

By the way is that the wherry with the weak yeast? or is that another wherry?

All kits are 1/2 price instore to make room for new kits mentioned above! Wanted to raid our wilkos but our cat picked a £100 vet bill fight!

No there is only one Wherry and it comes with half the amount of yeast it really needs.

chatting to staff in Huntingdon wilkos about the poor levels of stock in homebrew area, apparently there are running stocks down in anticipation of new products / ranges ........
