Yeah I have used it. I’ve harvested and re-grown and re-pitched it over 3 generations now without any issues.

I would recommend that you use it as soon as you receive it as you don’t know how long since it’s been repackaged and it’s not supposed to be exposed to O2 so it will degrade.

Generally very pleased with it. To me me I wouldn’t say it’s got as much Vermont character in this strain as the liquid Vermont from the yeast bay. But that is just my perception.

Dry strains of more 'characterful' yeast dont seem to have a much character as liquid for some reason. The drying process perhaps?
 
Have you seen my post about Crossmyloofs new premium yeast range? Had really good success with their 'haze' yeast.
