Hi all from sunny Essex. Been a bit brewer and bottler for a few years now but wanted to get GF. Just come back from New Zealand where my father in law has had one for a couple of years now and the results are stellar! So Black Friday I bought the kit! Lots to learn but I have been planning this a while and I have a new garden building ready to take my kit so I'm moving to corny kegs too. Loads of great stuff on here and seemingly loads of advice too so all my questions should be solved by a catch up on old posts or perhaps something new! Thanks for the add

The grainfather is a great bit of kit and you will have great fun with it. It’s a good step up from kits.

Still waiting to get the bewing space up and running which I reckon will take me a couple of months. The wife vetoed using the GF in the kitchen. Oh well....

Tbf, not using the gf in the kitchen is not a bad thing. I fell asleep drunk once during the boil and there was steam everywhere. I brew outside mostly.
