I am glad to to see they have charged him no one should have to put up with harassment even politicians who i generally despise as much as the next man/woman.

One of the protesters involved in an incident outside Parliament with Tory MP Anna Soubry has been charged with harassment.

James Goddard, 29, has also been charged with two public order offences, the Crown Prosecution Service said.

He is also charged with causing racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress on 7 January, contrary to the Crime and Disorder Act 1998; and with causing harassment, alarm or distress on 7 January, contrary to section 5 of the Public Order Act 1986.

He will appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on 19 March.

Yep, I don't have much time for politicians, but what that moron and his pleb mates did was bullying, plain and simple. I hope he gets a few weeks in the big house, should be enough time for a few of the inmates to show him the error of his ways!

Chippy... even though you are the administer of this forum, I don't think you should post this here. Opinions are very strong and posts like this could ruin a very good friendly forum on Home Brewing!

I couldn't disagree more.

This is the Snug and as the title and description says its a place for all non brewing chat, there is nothing wrong with members having strong opinions as long as those expressing them stay withing the forum rules below, the forum has never been ruined by controversial topics but several members have been banned for not staying within the rules when posting in them!
