Down in Brighton for last game of the season. Taking in the beach front with a very good cold pint! Cheers all!

While doing a bit of a clear out earlier I found another mystery brew hidden away with CS on the cap, I had no idea what that meant. So after a chill in the fridge I've just poured it and it turns out it's a coffee stout from two and a half years ago which was always a bit ****, I struggled to get through the batch. Time has been kind to this one cos it's far better now than it ever was, smooth and roasty with a nice fruitiness. Shame it's the last one o_O

Talking of citra, I'm just enjoying this very quaffable 4.3% citra/mosaic session ipa. Picked up yesterday from the localish brewery (whilst at my first ever HB club meeting). Lovely bitter finish. Could drink plenty of this.

This... Unpromising, from the Sagres brewery, but actually tastes like it MIGHT've been near a hop or two.. Better by far than the draught fizzy sh1te I've been forced to drink since I ran out of the Mosaic and Proper Job bottles I brought with me to Portugal...

I picked up a couple of nice looking beers in a new craft beer bottle shop near my office. Also picked up half a dozen eggs and 2 pints of semi skimmed while I was there.

Tried a bottle of the second batch of cider made from Co-op's apple juice when they were having a clearout. Good carbonation, a few bubbles very good flavour but a bit of a haze still. Hope that will clear in time.
Then tried the kegged cider from the range kit. Still loads of head but no carbonation. I need to get my fridge/ kegorator sorted out. It was nicely carbonated during the cold snap, but it's lost it again now.
Given the choice I prefer my own to their kit with the sweetener.
