Looking to do a raspberry wheat beer for the summer, any suggestions welcome, my plan is
1.5 Wilko wheat kit
500g wheat spraymalt
2 x 400ml lowicz raspberry syrup
Kit yeast
Top up to 22 litres
Anybody know if this sounds about right or any other suggestions?
Used lowicz syrup in turbo cider before with nice results.
Thanks in advance

With Wilko kits, I tend to find doing the batches a tiny bit smaller (19-20L) makes the world of difference. But that does sound delicious.

16 hrs in came back from work to this (even with 10 litres of head room) cleaned & sorted now hopefully no nasties got in
Stuck to my original recipe but did reduce to 20.5 litres OG of 1044
Fingers crossed athumb..

Ha! Looks fantastic! Yep had the same trouble this week...my wheat has blown the lid off!!! Yours will be fine. It also looks to be a nice colour!!
