Just ordered mosaic....any chance of your recipe please?
Sure. It's pretty simple but so juicy and tasty. I add 30g of Citra in with 60g of Mosaic at the dry hop just to give it some extra zing.
Last one came out at 5.5%

This is for a 23ltr batch

5kgs Pale malt (Crisp clear choice in mine)
250g Crystal low colour
250g Carapils
Mash 60mins @ 68c
Boil 60mins
Post boil around 1052
17g Bravo @ 60mins
20g Mosaic @ 10mins
20g Mosaic @ 5mins
30g Mosaic @ 2mins
Ferment @ 19c US05 or similar
Dry hop after nine days with 60g Mosaic and 30g Citra.

I bottle mine after 13 days (it's always done) so I can brew and use the fridge on the 14th day.

My crossmyloof order has arrived...so I now have the hops for a Tribute clone so we're off....
I also got some of their hog norsk yeast..."northern European ale yeast ...low ester ales with a clean palate... fermentation ideally 18-27.."so I'm trying this. Going to pitch at 25 and see what happens!
For today's brew I've used my new manifold in the tun and ditched the bag I usually use. Mash in seemed more thorough. I'm going with a foil topper on the grain bed and I've also added 77 degree water for the last ten minutes to bring it up a bit.
Sparge went well,no issues. The manifold is easy to clean...found a narrow valve brush in the shed which works a treat.Ig took no longer than rinsing out the grain bag I didn't use!

Yesterday was a long day. Brewed a massively hopped APA with chinook, mosaic and Amarillo, which will get a huge dry hop of all three at over 10g/L.
That was followed by a witbier. It’s my usual recipe but I decided to tweak it and add Mandarina Bavaria late in the boil, and lost the orange peel addition. Never used MB before and it was quite a big addition so I’m hoping the reported orange flavour comes through!

In my experience, @Clint , It will attenuate right down to 1005ish, leave an initial spicy note to the beer that eventually conditions out, and will clear well. Very neutral, didn't seem to mask a heavy EKG dry hop. But, boy, does it attenuate. After priming, I ended up with a beer that was nearly 7%! :beer1:

Got this one on the go today!

Hi Andy
Would you recommend the Leyland HBS, since Brew2Bottle closed in Northwich I do not have a shop which is near. I've tried the Bolton one but wasn't impressed when I found out he wasn't exchanging CO2 and sold me out of date hops.
