clean & sanitize,
don't suck syphon,
mind your temps
don't use chlorinated water without treating it
give it two weeks in fermentor
... there that should sort it for you
Right just sampled a bottle of my first properly done brew and.........it tasted superb a proper beer...
My neighbour said he'd have been happy to be served it in a craft ale bar!
