I know it’s a small selection but more are on the way! 🍺I’ve added descriptions and pictures of some hops on the website, sorry for posting so much I will leave you guys alone for a bit now ✌
KegThat.com and look at the hops page 🍺🍺

Vacuum packed by myself and in 100g in leaf form

please let me know what other hops you would like me to stock next 😊

I'm a big fan of Sorachi Ace. I also really like Calypso but it's not often stocked.

I heard he didn’t really turn water into wine, he actually made beer.

To answer the thread, Falconers Flight. It’s essential for my house APA and I sometimes have trouble getting hold of it because it seems like only MM and CML have ever stocked it.

Looks like he did have his own yeast. :laugh8:

The Yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees
5When they went across the lake, the disciples forgot to take bread.
6“Be careful,” Jesus said to them. “Be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees.”

I see you've already got EKG and citra, both of which I would suggest. My go-to bittering hops are challenger (English styles) and magnum (almost everything else). I think that you should stock a noble hop (saaz?) and would agree that mosaic (galaxy?) Would be a good addition. I'd be happy enough with that lot in my freezer athumb..

I’d agree with everyone else on the bittering side - I always go for magnum.

I also only really use pelletised hops.

For late additions my favourites are all from NZ, so may be more difficult to get. Other hops I really like and use often are:
Simco
Amarillo
Centennial
Mosaic
EKG

The biggest factor in me choosing to buy from one supplier all else being equal is:
1. Freshness of hops (eg I would always choose a 2019 harvest over 2018), are they vacuum sealed etc?
2. Unit price
3. Postage costs

Maybe you could do a poll where people could click the three/five hops they use most frequently to get a better idea of what forum users generally brew with?

... I reckon he'd turn 5 loaves into breadcrumbs, and brew that up following the Toast recipe available online ... and he'd then use the swim bladders of two fishes for finings ... and of course he'd brew up enough to serve it to 5000 thirsty followers ;)

Cheers PhilB
