Just checked my notes this was another brew to use up the last of my grain so it's a bit of a mix match
3.5 kg pilsner
500 g pale malt
800g Vienna
200g crystal 40
25g of each sabro cashmere & Amarillo at 10 mins
25g of each again at 80 degrees. Transferred for no chill. These hops stay in until the next day
Dry hop at day 10 with 75g of sabro and 50g of Amarillo.

Yeast was CML hog norsk
nice these no chills were way better than my two attempts! that grain bill is kind of what i expected.

so this is making me think to only late hop ipa's. its definitely what the pros seem to be recommending these days. although yours were no chill so they probably got a bit more bitterness that route.

Very lucky to spend my Friday night with my beer buddy's @dan125 and @Hoddy. Literally talk with these chaps every day and learnt so much from our conversations. Great evening sampling 3 of @Hoddy beers and an amazing neipa by @dan125. It got a bit messy after that
Bit of a sore head this morning.
I think @Hoddy 's rosemary simcoe pale was the beer of the night
acheers.

Local homebrew store opened back up today so just picked this porter up with extra malt to make it a little stronger, want to do a peanut butter porter but not sure how I'd get the flavour...
