First of the night is a weird sour scotch ale brewed with kviek sent to me by @divrack
Pours a really dark brown with red tints when held to the light. Well carbonated with a nice light head.
Aroma straight away you get the smell of Brett. Not completely over powering but it's there. Nice malt flavour, the Brett is not as strong on the taste as the aroma.
Really enjoyed trying this, definitely pushing boundaries with this one. Thanks for sharing.

Just trying this espresso martini. My hopes weren't high... but I'm actually pleasantly surprised. The fact that it's a nitro can with a widget makes it exceptionally smooth, the mouthfeel is incredible, like drinking double cream. There's a slight sourness which detracts from it a little but overall pretty good. For 75p I call that a win.
Wolds Top Brewery - Wold Gold. Nice and fruity Golden Ale. I like it, but I'm not desperate to get another one from the fridge. Saltaire Blonde next, then a couple of Aldi beers.
...75p! I hope you got £15 worth...

I found a stray bottle of the Wherry I made from a kit last october. It's matured very well indeed. Really enjoyed it.

I don't do anything to the water mate to be honest, not even a campden tablet just good old southwest water.
What has happened to Magic Rock???
I know this is only £2.50 a can in Tesco but this one is shockingly *****... from the BB date it looks like it was canned in March.... the aroma is all stale veg and it has a nasty harsh flavour.

I had one of those a few months ago and didn't like it at all.
I had a Tiny Rebel Cwtch a while back and it was completely cloudy and average...I sent TR a picture and the reply was "they can go like that"...??
