This is one of the reasons I like my kegs. While there is no gassiness to the beer this head has lasted to the bottom of the glass 25 minutes after starting.

Onto the @Hazelwood Brewery galaxy/citra ipa now.
Nice bit of haze in this one 😉 and a bit more carbonation than the saison.
For me the aroma has more tropical galaxy, and the flavour has more citrusy citra.
Did you dry hop this one?
Another very quaffable ale athumb..

Yes, dry hopped with equal Galaxy & Citra. The new batch in the fermenter has more Citra than Galaxy - can’t help messing with the recipe! :confused.:

I'm on my Belgian Saison tonight, brewed with WY3711. I've only discovered Saison this year and I'm sold! I'm on my second batch, first one was 7.2%, found it a bit too strong. It's moreish but at 7.2% there's only so much more I can drink!:beer1:. The second was a much more drinkable 5.5%.

On another beer now from @dan125, this time a 6.4% NEIPA.

A hazy soft lemon-caramel colour. The aroma is quite similar to the IPA, maybe a little more sweet - pineapple? There’s a little less bitterness perhaps than the Vienna IPA and a touch more zest In the flavour.

Another nice beer and one I would happily drink much more of, especially as this one is gone ;)

I must buy a tribute beer, it seems to be a popular style to clone. Never had it in my life

Tribute and Proper Job are both nice but Tribute is the better of the two.

I actually prefer Sea Fury from Sharps Brewery but I do like St.Austel beers too. Whenever we go to Cornwall I always pop up to Rock for a couple of boxes (36 pints each) of Sea Fury.

To be honest, I made an almost clone, bought a bottle of the real thing to compare and didn't think much of it. Luckily my version turned out very quaffable.
