Next one of my hop blending beers. I brewed several bottles of each of a number of single-hop beers to try some blending experiments. I had one more bottle of the Citra ale than the others so I’m drinking it.

Fairly well carbonated, pale colour, slightly hazy appearance. Aroma is a Citra explosion and some bready malt. Flavour is just what you’d expect from a highly hopped Citra ale plus that bready malt, and just a touch yeasty. It needs a little longer to condition, maybe two-weeks - when is that American Ale competition? 😉

@Clint drinking a proper job right now I think those numbers were good if they use the same waterfor both. It tastes much smoother than I remember might even lean into the cacl more and get it closer to 1:1 ratio.
