Four pure Brewing Co Juicebox Citrus IPA 5.9%)
An after work pint while I wait for my train, this is a zesty citrus rich IPA at £5.80 a pint perhaps a little overpriced but pretty typical for Oxford pubs.
As for the time I start work at 7:30at the moment so I can miss the worst of the rush hour.

Proper Job clone first pint from the corny. Had my Verdant IPA before used Lallemand yeast, it’s a bit young and at 7% alcohol makes it harsh, leave it a couple of weeks.
Fermenting too high?

Yeah it got up to 25-26 on the 2nd day of fermenting. I used a lager yeast maybe Munich lager if I remember correctly. So no more lagers until autumn or winter. Although I might get a festbier going Wed, cooler temps ahead after that.

Been washing and oiling the decking today so definitely deserve this pint of bitter. I also tasted my brown ale and it’s really good so that’s one to look forward to. Also just had a call from a mate who has a spare mini-keg of Sharps Sea Fury, he’s bringing it round to me tonight - yay!

The proper job is really nice and tastes like I get on draught in Brixham. Had 2 pints and now only 18 litres in the corny, might chill it but not sure.

After really long wait finally tasting @samale 's Sorachi Ace Saisson.
Aroma mostly lemon, mango, orange.
Straw / pale gold cloudy.
Nice and full body, fruity and spicy. Very pleasant bitterness and good carbonation.
Really enjoyable pint. Would definitely get another one..

Now on my Arctic ale with CML Kveik , really orangy but no oranges near it. Really impressed has Styrian wolf and Rakau hops

I am going to brew this one again. Really enjoyed it myself
I find it more fun to ask the Mrs to.
Finished oiling the decking today so that’s another job off the list. Settling down now with a pint of Sea Fury while I work through some designs in my head for a brew-shed refit (This will involve temperature control for the shed).
I think I might try and culture some yeast from the Sea Fury too.
