How bad can it get for Johnson & his rich cronies? Oh dear it just got worse.. Reasons to be cheerful; Farage just dropped 10k on a loser!

Go sleepy Joe!! 'Make Merca... America again'..

Why do you say that, that would be on Boris eta al, not trumpalumpa or Biden. The US pharma companies will still be licking their lips at the thought of the US state department getting stuck into de pfeffel and his abject cronies.

The best thing is that the UK is now much more likely to have a trade agreement with the EU, since Biden is not at all sympathetic to a UK/US trade deal. I think JoBo has been back-peddling to see who would win before seriously engaging with Europe. Bottom line, we're less likely to go hungry this winter.
I still think we should boycott turkeys this Christmas, though, to teach Erdogan a salutary lesson.

Just to clarify something gents - in the US, all international trade deals have to be passed by the house if Representatives

The house of representatives is obviously controlled by the Democrats, with their in-built dislike of the Brits.

So, any trade deal that Trump might have agreed with the UK was unlikely to have been passed anyway because the Dems would have blocked it

So nothing has really changed in that respect

But that was always going to be the case because of who would pass any trade deal - the house if representatives which is controlled by the Democrats. Nothing has really changed in that respect.

It's always going to be tough in this world when we rely on self interested career politicians and 'muck spreaders' to run things. It's best left to local government/councils to help the people that live and work in their areas to provide the services and support that the people really need. For my money, true and meaningful devolution cannot come soon enough. Anyone who has worked in the public sector will know this, and decry the woeful decisions that have been made, often arbitrarily and with scant regard to the dedicated people that have given so much for so little
Didn't take long for our some of our members to get their left boot in.
Left boot in, right leg out

Anything that befalls us in terms of Brexit will be squarely the fault of our collective selves. Willingness to dump on the GFA from a great height and sacrifice it at the altar of Brexit was a decision made by our elected officials.

We get the country we deserve.
Whats that got to do with Biden?
