I like using them to order a mixture of grain.
I usually order from get er brewed but just wanted a few ready made grain kits as I’m too busy at the min and want a few kegs filled for Christmas and the hbc were way cheaper. Never had the postage issue your having though. Strange one

I used the home brew company for years. Only this year I started using geterbrew. I want to get another 2 maybe 3 brews done this week. You can't have too much variety at Christmas 😊

100%. Need 2 stouts (normal abv and high ) an ipa and a “normal” beer for visitors. I have 2 kegs filled and 3 empty. Need to get a brew on ASAP but just ordered a stainless conical fermenter so have to wait on delivery.

That's my thinking. I have 3 fermentor going at the min. Imperial stout, Belgian IPA and a Saison. Maybe get a hazy IPA, American amber and another lower abv pale ale. 🎅

During lockdown mk 1 my local shop closed. I'd used Leyland Homebrew for donkeys years and the only place that would take my order was GEB. It arrives well packaged in a tough cardboard box and I'm a happy bunny after several more orders. Nothing has been missing and nothing damaged in any way.:beer1:

Recently got a selection of floor made M/O and other malt as well as 24 brown glass bottles.

All for a good price, fast turnaround all very well packaged.

Although Im pretty new to all grain brewing Ive used them 3 times and been happy.

Good company in my opinion.
