I am just about to have a ‘work enforced’ dry spell, because of being in an environment where alcohol isn’t allowed in place of being told I’m not allowed to drink.

This made me think about my brewing schedule, something I have never thought about before as I tend to only think about one brew ahead.

I’m interested in what people like to drink in a particular month, and when you brew it so it’s conditioned. Hoping to plan brewdays between June 21 and June 22, and reuse as much yeast as possible.

initial thoughts:
June 1st Brew day Hoppy IPA (as a keg filler)
June 2nd Brew Day Choc Stout (for Xmas)
July 1st Brew Day ‘Somthing quick turn around’
July 2nd Brew Day Lime Kölsch (which will be largered

Nope. Can't live my life like that. Brew what I want when I want. It's the same with cooking. Somebody I know does meal plans and knows exactly what they're going to eat on specific days and they can't really cope not doing things that way. No effing-way. That makes me feel trapped.

Can't stand all that dark beers for the winter **** either and if I want to eat hotdog curry fajitas at 3am that's what I do.

Calendars are for w*nkers.

Fair one, and that’s what I’ve been doing till now but fancy a little structure (and something to do/research for 6 months when I can’t drink).

Hoping to do some back to back brews that mean I can use the same yeast and bulk buy grains.
