Fuller's 1845. Very nice, quite strong and sweet. Currently £1.50 at waitrose so had to really.

Same hear, got a few bottles when I was last passing a Waitrose. So I've had a couple of bottles of Wye valley Butty to warm up and am now having a couple of 1845's. It's really good .

Last bottle of the cock up RIP my friend

Having another taste of my accidental Belgian and it's finally turned a corner!

I had to degas them all because they were about to pop, and whilst it is still very fizzy (effervescent!), it's now tasting pretty good.

I wish I had the courage to carb my wheat beers to this level 😳

I brought the hoppy pils in from lagering and put them in the fridge. The olicana and lemon drop are very unique and it's changing every week. It gets better as it warms up, it's throws more banana tropical and green hop when cold but it changes to more papaya as it warms. Not bad but a little like Mozart was it seems to have too many flavours mixing up that don't really match. Will give them a proper tasting soon.

Making bottles... Not a hardship with this wine. I haven't got enough for my oaked rhubarb wine. Have ordered some bag's and boxes, but will still be slightly short by my reckoning. Can I bottle wine (short term) in 75Cl beer bottles with crown caps?

The flavours may blend and balance given a little more time? The cardamom saison starts as a confusion of competing flavours but mellows nicely in time.
