I sat in a teams meeting for two hours for something that could have being communicated in a simple e-Mail, then did about an hour of productive work, then another two hour wasted in a meeting that didn’t go anywhere.

Then lunch (freshly made flatbreads cooked on a metal griddle) with Tzatziki and salad it was excellent.

Then another few hours of reading e-mails replying to e-mails and another Teams meeting. Alas it’s a living, and keeps me in malted barley hops and yeast.

Teams replacing emails is a real pain. Love the sound of that flatbread lunch though 😍

I don't mind teams for chat but for calls the lag is a pain but can't hold a candle too Cisco Jabber as there is a 2 second delay on receiving and I have witnessed this personally as we have a tour isle in the factory....

Why140mm that's nearly 7" and 1 * 100mm or 4" would have been plenty.
Replace your bathroom fans with these to see how much steam it ducts out.l

😆 you are spot on but, they came as a pair for 17 quid delivered so I couldn't refuse. I'm putting one above the heater aiming horizontally and one on the underside of the lid aiming vertically which should hopefully swirl things around nicely.

Two kegs in the keggerator, one on tap and one conditioning.

Yeah Cisco/jabber. I've experienced both and both are good 👍

The nicest thing about working from home has being how much lunch has improved, no ham sandwiches (and if it is it’s left over gammon or pork not supermarket ham), and made fresh rather than the night before and stored in the office refrigerator.

I‘ve just made up dough for a loaf of whole meal bread, proofing over night in the fridge then will knock back let rise again tomorrow before baking (can’t beat fresh bread spread thickly with butter and honey).

Teams does have its uses, especially the chat feature. I’ve not had any issue with lag on calls it’s the content of the calls not the quality that is the issue.

Loving the lunch comparison...

Oh that sounds good. Absolutely appreciate the at home working over going into the office. Cheffing like never before 😆 Lunches that you'd never experience in the work's canteen👍

Today I went up to my holiday house tried to convince my wife to abort the trip, to no avail. The only reason I let her win is its because the best watering hole in Australia is 14 minutes from our holiday house. The reason I tried to abort, it was 9 C in the Macedon Ranges today 21 C at home.
Three hand pumps the only one I am interested in is the ESB.

The owner isn't a to and from, but his parents are from Manchester, for a home brewer he has done very well. His brewery has grown no end, I couldn't get it all into a photo but they have there own canning and bottling line, as well as a now huge brewery.

The large mash tuns and bright tanks are to the right of the photo.
As Mr Grace would say he has done very well.

I wouldn't like my wife to read this post, the decision to buy was supposedly based on the laid back lifestyle of a village environment, the higher altitude and difference in climate. I think if she knew my real reason for agreement was the close locality of the best brew pub in Australia we wouldn't be here.
She caught me out when we were searching for the best establishment for our wedding reception. My only questions were not about the food, but what beers were on tap.

A run through the snow covered woods with my dog.
Read more of Marcus Aurelius’ Meditations.
Now, off to night shift at the warehouse.

Had some flooring left over so covered one of the television shelves but shall do the other next week as its back to work tomorrow and besides I was nursing a hangover...

Mini-kegged and bottled my mo/first gold smash this morning. First brew in years, so was just calibrating my equipment and getting back into the swing. Sample tasted ok, but I never could judge the likely outcome from early samples.

Just mashing my landlord clone now!

What did you do today?

Left work at 15:30 came home to find SWMBO had gone to work (i forgot she was working) too lazy to cook so cheese on toast (Wensleydales finest) which went down well and i am now waiting for the Milton tablets to do their thing while the heat pad warms up ready for me to get my a**e into gear and get my 30 bottle wine kit started.

I have put my beer in the fridge along with a couple of bottles of wine which i will help SWMBO drink later. :beer1:
