Naaaahhhh!!! Would I????
Actually I'm determined to wait a good while after secondary has finished. Couple of weeks at least. Might well have a snifter (half cup) every now and then but I can see that it is definitely worth the wait.
I just wanted to be sure about the seal on the top of the...
Oooh..sounds tricky. If anyone has seen any instructions/how to on this it'd be appreciated. I suspect I may well end up bug$ering up the thing...

Hi

It started last Wednesday so has had 8 days in FV. Fermentation seemed to be over after the weekend and now it's just sat there. I turned off the heater yesterday.

Hi
I'm about to keg a wherry brew. My kit came with one of those plastic bulb holders and a couple of 8 gram bulbs of co2.
Can anyone tell me how they are used please?
TIA
Adri

The way I'm thinking is one FV to 2 kegs. That way I should always have a beer in a keg.
TIA

If you had a blindfold taste test between a well made kit brew and a well made...
Hi
Just starting out with a Wherry Microbrewery kit.
Once it's kegged how long SHOULD you really wait for it to be about right. And what temp should the keg be kept at while you're salivating/waiting?
TIA
Adri
I'm just starting out on the brewing with a Wherry Microbrewery kit. I think using hops is probably beyond me and I may well screw up my first brew.
It'd be nice to use em though...
