Hi all Looking for a cheap electric boiler around 20-30lts to have a go at extract brewing. Happy with a plastic boiler and also to pay postage costs. SWMBO has given strict instructions 'no brewing indoors, garage only' Anyone got a spare boiler gathering dust? Thanks AB

Managed to get myself a plate heat exchanger but am looking for advice as to how it integrates into my current setup. Current setup is a 50lts ss HLT, Boiler and Mash tun. Previously ive used a immersion chiller which could now be made redundant........ Any guidance really appreciated

I'll look at getting a check valve then, still a bit of trial and error I'm sure to try and get this right, but seem to be making some progress today. Am I right in thinking then that in and ideal world, a font would be better than the engine when using corny's, and if I wanted to use the hand...

Had a play this afternoon, and by using another corny lid, and another output on the management board, I seem to be holding a constant 1 psi. Connected the beer engine back up, a couple of pulls and less foam coming through.... :thumb: Now after the second pull, it seems to suck the beer back...
