Just a thought. Whilst Ive been reading about this...everywhere and till my eyes bleed :lol: ........ quite a few of the biab'ers dont seem to sew the bag at all. They just drape the fabric over the pot and then pull it together when its time to remove. They reckon its easier to clean etc. ???

Well today I bottled my latest Kit which is about 3 weeks old, a Coopers Real Ale. Took a sip and once again that awful tang was present and correct. I was tempted to chuck it straight down the sink but instead its bottled and will go to the back of the shed with the other stuff. Definitely...

Glass DJ's about £7 a go at Wilkinsons and a great way of taking your mind off your main brew. Lots of Turbo Cider and WOW recipes on here to play with (and keep the wife happy if you have one).
