The freak ale one is especially morish. Citra topaz ella and galaxy. Not overly sweet not too dry.
Theres also a 'shake a tree' one by a different brewery which i couldnt see the hop profile but was well balanced.
I gave the orange IPA out too which i thought was pretty impressive.

Iv noticed aldi are doing a lot more craft ales particularly the cans.
God knows the names but ive been pleasantly suprised with the varieties of hops used ranging from mosaic, galaxy ella simcoe (the list goes on)
And being a traditionalist i left the proper job till last but was underwhelmed...
Well it came out 1% higher than what brewers friend predicted but i diluted it with 2 litres of bottled water which may have brought it down a tad.
I guess it depends on the end FG.

Yes i went with the 5ml and 4g it calculated for a 14 litre batch.
I think i read too much into the sample. Its prob the most bittered beer ive done (58 IBU) so could be to do with this
