    Crossmyloof yeast

I've just brewed a beer with this yeast and mine attenuated much higher than I expected. The stats say 75% but I got a whopping 88%.

    Is BBNO Canned Conditioned?

Sounds great. Do you mind running through the steps you did to culture the yeast from the can?

Cross My Loof Belgian ale yeast

Interested in this. I have a packet in the fridge I'd like to use.

    New crossmyloof 'Haze' yeast.

I fermented at 18, does temperature normally have an impact on krausen?

    New crossmyloof 'Haze' yeast.

Interesting, what temperature are you fermenting at?

    New crossmyloof 'Haze' yeast.

I finally got round to using the pia yeast. This thing is like a ninja, no krausen at all yet it's taken 1.052 wort down to 1.020 in less than 2 days from pitching. I was going to do a biotransformation dry hop but I've missed high krausen.

    New crossmyloof 'Haze' yeast.

Would be interested to know this too. I'm doing a brew tonight using this yeast.

Small batch brewing with 30L all in 1 systems?

I've been looking into this as well. From what I understand the 30l Klarstein/Brewdevil machines have a 6.5l deadspace under the malt pipe, which in theory allows for recipes to be brewers full volume (no sparge). I've tested this on a number of recipes in Brewfather and it all seems a go-er.

    Brewfather

I signed up to premium yesterday. Such a good piece of software under constant development. If you're not already, I'd recommend joining the Brewfather group on Facebook.

Hop Raffle win (a warning from members)

Exactly. I only do small batches so I'm slowly working my way through the 500g of Citra, Idaho 7 and Ekuanot I got. Not had to buy hops for my last 3 brews.

Hop Raffle win (a warning from members)

I've entered these before and I've won once. I know I could just buy the hops if I wanted to but it's a just a bit of fun with the potential to get some hops. If you're solely entering raffles to get your hops then you have an issue. Pretty sure he gets his hops in the large 10kg bags from...

    New crossmyloof 'Haze' yeast.

Of course! I didn't realise that either!

    New crossmyloof 'Haze' yeast.

Just looked on the CML website and a few more new Berlin yeasts have appeared. Looks like they're turning into the new Mangrove Jack's with the sheer number they've got now. FOUR. English Ale Yeast. Suitable for a large range of ales inc. Bitter, IPA, Brown Ale, Stouts, etc.. Attenuation...

    New crossmyloof 'Haze' yeast.

Looks great! Will be using this for my next brew in a similar style.

    New crossmyloof 'Haze' yeast.

Still can't get over how hazy the Haze yeast is. This is a single malt beer, no oats or haze inducing adjuncts, after almost a month in the bottle.
