One potential complication: the biggest pot I have is a 15 litre aluminium one. How should I go about the brew with this in mind?

Thanks for this. As someone who's never attempted boiling hops before I'm still a little apprehensive about it all. I don't have scales for one thing. Would this be a problem? Do I need the muslin bags? I've read that some people just throw their pellets straight in.
