    Thanks. Yes, will give the pot a clean before the brew. I have a 33 litre kit so would I add maybe five gallons of cold water mixed with one gallon of hot water before adding my concoction? Would the hop content change since I'll be using a smaller pot? Was planning on following Wezzel's...

    I have this kit, 33 litres. Thanks for this. As someone who's never attempted boiling hops before I'm still a little apprehensive about it all. I don't have scales for one thing. Would this be a problem? Do I need the muslin bags? I've read that some people just throw their pellets straight in.
