Morning all. Quick question. I’m getting a yeast starter on today for an Oktoberfest brew tomorrow. The fermentation temperature for the brew is recommended around 11C. Do I need to make my starter at the same temperature? Thanks

Used it recently on an IPA that Brewfather said needed 3 packs. Used two and as said in the ’Italian Job’, it ‘blew the bloody doors off’. Go with one I’d say.

Evening Ian Looks a good set up...in fact it looks a lot like mine. Clearly you want to sell as a complete kit (and at £250 looks a bargain) but if it comes to selling individual items, I’d be interested in the chiller. I’m just down the M65 in Preston. Hope you sell for the asking price. G
