so despite the turmoils of the country at the moment I've decided to make the most out of the weather and do this biag style in the garden I'm in the middle of the boil all looking good will let u know how it goes stay safe and stay in 👍
I don't think liquid yeast are all there cracked up to be cost at least twice as much as dried waste of money if you ask me they don't give anything extra to your beer as far as I'm concerned

biab needs a finely milled grain to get maximum efficiency I found the kits u buy are based on 3 vessel brewing if i buy a kit i always mill the grain again to as fine as I can get the more flour the better a good mill can be your best friend when doing biab happy brewing
I've been biab brewing for a couple of years I use a 40ltr buffalo boiler which u can get 5 gallon brews full volume to between 5 and 6 % brews for about £100 for the boiler a decent bag your world's your lobster happy brewing
