Glad you enjoyed it this is for a competition in May I'm going to 're brew it and split the batch , ferment one the same and the other half with new england yeast, is there anything you would change ?

I had the beire de garde the other night and all though Belgium styles are not my goto style of beer I do enjoy a good one from time to time and this did not disappoint a cracking beer mate , I should maybe take a few notes when drinking and...

Sorry for the poorly put question rushed it off this morning trying to get my head round it
I think I get it now when adding gypsum or calcium chloride , each one has a certain percentage of calcium and then sulphate or chloride .does that like iv got it now
