Hi,is it true force carbonation helps beer to clear as I have done this twice and the beer seems to clear a lot quicker

Temp was about 15 centigrade fermented about 11 days and racked at 20

Continental beer not clearing very well,been keged for 2 weeks but doesn't seem to want to clear,I have also a cortez gold kit in another keg which has been left about 2 weeks and its not clearing very well.any ideas what's up.

How many have noticed kegging beer ends up with less fiz and can this be sorted

Has anyone noticed keg beer seems less gasy than bottled beer,can this be sorted.

Has anyone here got a Peltier cooling system for there beer and if so how are you getting on with it.

A bit of c02 won't harm it.if your using priming sugar in the keg that builds up co2 as well.I would advise you have a release valve in working order though as if the pressure gets a bit much the valve will release a we bit of gas.

Triple rules is a special export ale at 5.6 percent,want to experiment with my new keg and heard you can force carbonate.

I want to keg my triple tykes but it's reading 1025 I want to force carbonate and won't be using priming sugar.is this ok to keg now

Ok found a leak on the low pressure side which I fixed so the 5psi is fixed but the high pressure side if cylinder turned off the high pressure gauge dropping to zero,is this normal,thanks

got an odl lierna italian regulater.i conected it up to a co2 cylinder and it showed about 50lb.then i set the psi to 5psi.if i now turn off the co2 cylinder should the preasure drop to zero on the 50lb gauge and then on the other gauge after a short time.
