Cab Sav is more like a Merlot and not full bodied like a shop bought one and I’m think I prefer it. Goes well with meat and a bit of spicy food without overwhelming my senses.

Looking forward to this brew - don’t usually add anything as I buy the kits with a lot more juice concentrate. Beaverdale and Cellar are my faves.

It’s the long duration of heat/steam.
Bottles have to be clean before a cycle. Then rinse with cleanse/steriliser and clean water for a final swill to make double sure then bottle straight away - so I’ve learned thanks to this group
I can get these from Love Brewing - my go to site for products and equipment.
I suggests getting 2 - 1 with cleanser steriliser and 1 with clean water, changing water every 10 bottles or so
Went with the dishwasher on a hot setting as they’re new bottles and a 30 min soak in steriliser solution.
40 bottles of stout all done and ready to clear
