i brewed a speckled hen and a timothy taylors land lord yesterday but i also want a lighter beer for those that don't like a dark beer
anyone recommend me a nice summer beer please

my father in law only uses bottles , the down side that i see is the sediment in the bottom of the bottle often ends up in the beer
the advantage to me is the sediment is at the bottom of the cornie and it all comes out in the first pint so the rest is all clear
i would go with about 6psi myself but you may need more to fully seal the cornie ,if so seal it then vent some of the co2 and bring the pressure down
also be aware that the pressure will drop over time as the co2 is absorbed in to the beer
ok but mate unless you have liability insurance and it ce approved ,if something goes wrong with it or worse you could end up in a lot to serous trouble
mm i have a couple of questions
these are used i assume to keep and heat water to a set temperature
the average kettle element is 2.2kw so about 8 and a 1/2 amps
90%of boilers have 2 elements so unless you buy 2 of these its not a practical solution
