Exactly the same for me, too many greenfly and not enough ladybird larvae. I have nothing on my prima Dona, tradition crop is greatly reduced, chinook hardly any on and my cascade is rather late, though more of a crop developing.
I regularly do at least two brews in a day and find the extra time is not a problem. I guess you’ll be setting aside the first batch and boiling together (an extra 1.5hrs?). I never do a full clean in between, just hose everything down whilst the next batch’s water is heating.

What a nightmare! I get the occasional bag of malt from crankshaft and of course sample their ales when I can. Every one I’ve had has been first rate! Particularly liked the American cream ale over the summer.

I use this cleaning kit too, works a treat on my Keezer lines. Make sure you get a very sturdy plastic bottle, so far I’ve found coke ones the best. Might just be my threads but I find you have to really tighten to get a seal and thin plastic doesn’t hold up well.
