    What did you do today?

Been a bit of a rubbish week all in but it was nice to take time out to "craft" this hop shaped shed finial for the recently painted pubshed ๐Ÿชš๐Ÿช“๐Ÿ”จ๐Ÿ˜†

    What did you do today?

Nice. Reminds me of my old man's poly tunnel except he's trying to bring on his honda GL1100 ๐Ÿ˜„ I'm sure he'll replace the Honda with tomatoes soon ๐Ÿ˜‰

Great to see, that's going to look even better in the summer and the wildlife will love it ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ›๐Ÿฆ‹

    What did you do today?

Transferred the MYO Rosรฉ into a keg. It's lovely and sweet. Dangerous in the sun at 14% ish ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ˜† Fitted some more cans to the pubshed roof and fitted some struts to the hatch. It's coming along ๐Ÿš๐Ÿ  Putting another Cooper's European lager into the Fermenter King later. First batch was well...

    What did you do today?

Sorry, I've had some issues getting logged into the forum recently. It was purely a size thing ... the dellonda can cook up to 14" pizzas whereas the Ooni is a bit smaller. on receipt though the Dellonda stone is only 13" across. I've had some great pizzas out it already, although getting and...

    Co2 gas cylinder

Always keen to put a shout out on "where do I get CO2" posts for Lothian Supply Co in Livingston. If you're in the Lothians it's ยฃ55 for your first full bottle of either CO2 or Nitrogen 70/30 mix then, ยฃ5 per refill๐Ÿ‘

    What did you do today?

Added lights to the pubshed ๐Ÿป and the pizza oven arrived. Fits nicely on the repurposed barbecue unit ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ• Decking to get tidied up next, oh and those rusty wheels ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜†

    What did you do today?

I spent yesterday and this morning stripping down an old bbq, repurposing the legs, some spare kitchen doors and a kitchen worktop into a wheely cupboard for a pizza oven/smoker. Quite pleased with how this turned out ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ“๐Ÿชš๐Ÿ”จ๐Ÿ•

    EveryoneKnowsADave Brewdays!

I'm brewing the Youngs American IPA kit again. Brewing to instructions other than topping up short to 21 rather than 23 litres and adding an additional 30g of Falconer's Flight 2-3 days before the end of fermentation along with the kit hops. Last time I brewed this it turned out lovely despite...

    My Keezer Build.

Finally got around to adding the additional kegs, nukatap, intertap (with stout nozzle), ODL nitrogen/mix regulator and 79/30 canister to the keezer set up. It's almost done. Just the lid to finish it off. All from Jonny at BrewKegTap (apart from the gas which is from Lothian Supply Co).
