I really want to try the Sabro and I love Citra, so tempted to go that way but really struggling with finding Sabro recipes for some guidance on quantities to use.

Thanks again... I do 10L ish BIAB brews; so I'll plug it into Brewers Friend and see what that gives me with a simple grain bill of 3kg Maris Otter as starting point. What sort of hop schedule did you use there if you don't mind a further question? I'm tending to go 30 mins for bittering...

I love Citra. Simcoe I have had a lot in commercial beers and like what it brings flavour wise, so wanted a crack brewing with it... Hopefully I make a decent job of it. I'm going 05 too I think for this one to let the hops be the focus.

I have got one in the cupboard under the porch put aside to try this.... Perhaps it isn't oxidation then as it doesn't taste too bad... But I still think the finished product is darker than when I bottled it somehow.

Interesting...I think I will go back to US05 and try S04 in the future, I am doing a porter then probably the Citra Simcoe then a first ever attempt at a bitter... So maybe the S04 will go nicely in the bitter?

I don't think I'll be using M44 again; it was a lot of loose sediment in the FV with the Galaxy IPA; and too many worries if it was actually working. Ironically I only really used it to have a change from US05; which I had been using till then. I've never tried US 04.
