    Thanks again Terrym. My"keg" is a standard 5gall pressure barrel with at tap low down and a CO2 injection fitting in the cap. All sterilised with lubricated seals. Interim racking sounds a good plan. I will experiment with this for my next brew since time is plentiful. Cheers
