Guys... you know refractometers only work on wort??? ... During fermentation alcohol is produced which significantly impacts the accuracy of a refractometer.
Also what are you calibrating with? - you need distilled water at exactly 20oC. Tap water where I am has a SG of 1.005 on my Hydrometer...
I dont know where all those links were going... but the first one you posted "the brew bucket" is a decent buy. I bought one from the US, and got hit with import tax... then 2 weeks later BrewUK started selling them for the same price. I was gutted. Anyway... good bit of kit and it fits...
Dear Mr Idiot,
I dont know how you ever found out about me, I dont know if we have ever met, but it is uncanny how you have described my obsession with all things shiny.
Do you work for the government or something and have me under surveillance?

Have you tried talking to the guys in the home brew shop in Aldershot?... Easy drive for you.

b) I can easly clean my beer lines etc
c) When I rack a brew, I simply pressure the one with Starsan into an empty corney and I am left with a clean sterile Keg keg filled with Co2 ready to be filled...

There is a guy on ebay (also from Southampton) that sells the pre...
Hi Guys,

I chilled it, removed the excess liquid and put it into 2...
