Hi all, I've recently started a 4 week wine kit. The instructions advise I use a potassium solution in the airlock. Can anyone explain why I can't use water? Thanks
My last two 30 bottle wine kits (Beaverdale and Cellar 7) have both been around 7.5 % Does anyone know how any kits that will get the alcohol up to around 12% ? Ta.
Got that Slid about the demi john, added sugar to the pressure resistant bottles and kept them in the house for well over 2 weeks with the same result.
