I've been grappling with this for a while and am almost there with it. I'm aiming for a NEIPA profile.
It would be great to hear people thoughts on:
1) this water profile and
2) the proposed water treatment schedule.

Yup, this is what I thought the problem was with my pales.
In this recipe I used 25.6l of water and 27.13ml of CRS - which I would have thought would fix the pH problems.
Maybe this was the wrong dose, or I'm missing something else on the water treatment side of things?

Don't bother with extract recipes - you probably won't get the result you want.
Go for the 'brew in a bag' method. You'll get great tasting beer and it requires less equipment and is less of a faff.

Thanks for your input yesterday.
I did mange to solved the issue. The problem was that the beer was not cold enough.
I chucked the keg in a bucket with loads of ice and that solved the problem!
