      Hi Larry i really thought id replied to this so sorry

      thanks for the info

      im not sure i did it right

      what i did was add the john bull molt to bucket with boiling water etc added the brewing sugar filled to 23L stured well added the yeast when at right temp and added a 3/4 of golden syrup and now been fermenting for 10 days is this correct ?
