Hi guys,
Just wanted your opinion.
I brewed a wherry at 23L with an additional 500g of spraymalt OG 1.050. It's been sat at 18C for 14 days. When it was 1.014, I gave it a rouse and turned up to 19C for 3 days no change. Now turned up to 20C with another rouse.
Is this done? Thoughts...
Hey guys. Never said thanks for all the replies. Unfortunately I still have not moved to AG but it's on the cards. Hope this post helped others though.
Hi guys,

Hi guys.
I had a pack of Young's NEW world saison and one of the two bags had a matchstick sized hole in it.

Razorback
Kirkburron ale
Wherry
Nelson's revenge or reserve
Suffolk strong
Wow. Just wow. Brewed this, it's been carbing for 5 days and just had a cheeky sample.
This is by far the best beer I have brewed, including festival razorback.
This just slides down with a lovely grapefruit nose and finish. Absolutely no bitterness for me.

Cheers

I pulled a jiffy bag in half and cut in half again. Taped all four bits together. Taped washing up sponge with hole pushed through for probe to jiffy bag. Used sticky back velcro around edges and on fermenter.
Works a treat and no need to reach apply tape each time.
