So hive mind, I have a swimming pool at work, so I could use sodium hypochlorite solution as its only 14% strength anyway and costs 10 quid for 20l??

I'm a noob with wine but my orange wine must was 1095 at start, that's with 1kg of orange blossom honey and the sugars from the fruit, so based on that recipe I'd say add some more sugars....?

Harvey Try and get one that isn't stopped like these, less chance of it grawnching the metal and making your hole too big.....dont forget you'll need to clean the vessel really well...

I'd probably use a metal cutting cone in a drill, keep it well lubricated and run slowly, the cone will let you take very small amounts out without overdoing it and the lube will stop the ss from overheating and discolouring.....
