What are you drinking tonight 2021?

Bonus Points because it was supposed to be 3.8% and it turned out 5.5%! 😄

What are you drinking tonight 2021?

Enjoying a pint of 'Bonus Points' after an evening surf! It's my first attempt at AG brewing and it's lush! Small batch (sadly!), stove top biab, following @clib 'have a go' thread, and Greg Hughes pale ale recipe. Thank you both! (Unfortunately, my second attempt at exactly the same thing has...

Congratulations @IainM ! Back to saving my pocket money for me, and continuing my biab brews! Enjoy. Cheers

Have a go at simple AG

Ha! That's the first time I've ever been too efficient! 😆 I'm looking forward to drinking it! And I'm slowly calming down! Is there a way of working out efficiency? I think Brewfather gives biab (no sparge) at 67% maybe I squeezed too hard! 🤭 Is it worth bunging in another litre of tap water...

Have a go at simple AG

I have a few questions. I wonder if any of you knowledgeable folk can help. I went 10 litre biab with the pale ale recipe scaled down from Greg Hughes. Have a go at simple AG

Waiting for my boiled wort to cool in the sink on my first AG biab! Thank you @clib another convert! A scaled down, to 10 litres, version of Greg Hughes' pale ale. Hopefully true to recipe. I'm really pleased I've made the jump from extract to biab. But my little brain hurts from trying to...

    What did you brew today?

A simple, sessionable, pale ale from Greg Hughes' book. Scaled down to 10 litres. It's all hit and hope for me! First attempt at AG BIAB. I've been reading so much about this process, and more besides, just to try to understand a little more - but confusing myself a lot! Thank you @clib for...

    North Devon!

Hello everyone! I'm an amazing brewer in my mind, but a slow, tentative one in my actual brewspace (the family kitchen!). I've muddled my way through a dozen or so can/pouch, and part grain kits over the last couple of years but I'm now on the cusp of jumping in to stove top, BIAB, small batch...
