I'm afraid I was defeated over the weekend and only managed to taste 8/12. I'll hopefully taste the last few tonight by and have scores/winners to report tomorrow, followed by full feedback in the next few days as I type up my notes. Thanks for being patient, and the excellent beer!

I would brew the kit as is but taste when it's ready to bottle. If there's not enough raspberry for you add some fresh raspberries to the fermenter and leave for a few days to a week. I brewed my first raspberry beer this summer and used ~70g per litre and it came out super raspberry...
