    Greyhound the other day. Excellent, no real surprises but good solid stuff.

    Had that for years up here. Not tat I use it much as any raw fruit and veg goes in the compost and I was brought up not to waste food!

    Elderberry ‘Porter’ Advice

    I've had a belgium kreik before that had elderberries in addition to cherries. Could really notice them (they have a sort of cough mixture taste). Obviously don't know the quantities used as it was commercial.

    Making cider with no press

    I've used a domestic fruit juicer to tediously do 10kg of apples. Also know someone who blitzed them in a food processor and then did a lot of squeezing. Its useful to get help with this one.

    It’s actually got more hops in it now and more expensive to make. I did a few taste tests that were organised when they were working on the revised recipe.

    Real stella as I remember from 90s 5,2%

    I've spent time in belgium with work.(tough having to wash down lunch with chimay blue) The locals were surprised at how stella was marketed in the uk. I think they considered it to be the drink of tourists.
