    CO2 Regulator- particular PSI?

Ah, that's a good idea. Is there also scope to put a T piece in between then two regulators allowing you to take a gas line off to another keg at a potentially (with another venting regulator) different PSI?

    CO2 Regulator- particular PSI?

Hi All, I've a question regarding my CO2 regulator as I've recently started bottling from the keg using a Tapcooler. The regulator is this one: CO2 Regulator for Cornelius Keg - Love Brewing (although I got mine from The Malt Miller) And it's fine for normal use but in the Tapcooler...

    Bittering hops flavours?

Thanks all. @Zephyr259 are you saying 50g at the end is similar to 75 at the start? 75 at 60 sounds like a lot to me!

    Filter after kegging...?

Hello all, I dry hopped my latest brew but didn't put a little filter bag on my syphon when racking into my corny. I didn't cold crash. There's noticeable hop matter when I pour - not lots but noticeable. Currently carbed to about 12PSI. I have another corny that I could transfer into from...

    Bittering hops flavours?

Hi All, Do any of you know of any info regarding the flavours imparted by the 60 minute/bittering hops? If they're boiling for that long do they only contribute a sensation of 'bitterness' rather than any discernible flavour(s)? Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, I couldn't find the...

    Sending out home brew

Hi All, I have a few friends from around the country that like my beer and want me to send it out to them to try. They want to pay P&P (as I can't afford to send it out to them otherwise) ...is that OK, or does it count as buying the beer from HMRC's POV? I suppose it's like a subscription? My...

    SS Brewtech Unitank Temp Control

That's a good point, but the theory is correct, right?

    SS Brewtech Unitank Temp Control

Hello all, I need a bit of a sanity check... I picked up a SS Brewtech Unitank largely for it's carbonation function but I now want to be a little more precise about my fermentation temp...but I don't want to shell out for a glycol chiller. Can anyone tell me if the following would fit the...

    Very useful, thanks all!

    Fridge freezer to fermentation chamber...?

Just depends on whether the fermentasaurus and a small heater fits in the chamber? I'm, not sure of the fermentasuarus dims and every fridge is a bit different. Inkbird takes up no room.

    More precise hydrometer

Do any of you have any recommendations for a more precise hydrometer than the one that came with my first kit? 0.080 to 1.150 isn't really cutting it when I'm only really interested between 1.000 and 1.070! Thanks in advance.

    Powell Brewing

Picking up my brewkit today. Has been really responsive to enquiries and upfront re. delays with me 👍

    Fridge freezer to fermentation chamber...?

No, I'm using both. I'm finding that if I set the freezer for 15C on the inkbird (+ a heater) it stays around that level and the fridge compartment is about 20-22C. If you leave the fridge door open overnight it also helps to bring it down a bit.

    First All Grain Brew Recipe

Sounds perfect to me - good luck!

    My first all grain brew!

Hi! It's impossible to work out your efficiency without knowing what the grain was, let alone its weight; do you have that info? I would have thought the Home Brew shop would tell you if you let them know you're trying to work out the efficiency of your system? 2 gravity points off is pretty...
