As the Title asks. I have mine taped to the side of the FV under a piece of camping mat but have a feeling that it's not giving me a true reading of the brew inside. Doe's any body suspend in the brew itself and if so how? Cheers

Purchased a book all about 1 Gallon brewing so I'm hoping to glean some info from it!

I did a Cooper IPA in a Keg and thought it was superb. This said onw of my favorite tipples is Coop's own "Export Ale" so my opinion could well be taken with a pinch!!!!! :-)

This weekend I am attempting an extract recipe. I have recalculated the recipe from 5 Gallons to 1 but have a question about the timings. For example, do the boil times need reducing? Is there a calculator for such things? I'm looking at trying a few 1 Gallon brews BIAB/ Extract before...

I found a very inconsistent carbonation in my bottles of Wherry. :-( Wont be using again.

Coming to the degassing stage on the wife's 30 bottle kit and I've realised that to stir it I am going to have to lift it out of it's storage every time as there is no room to remove the lid. Would moving it to 5 Demijohns cause any sort of problems? Cheers

Yesterday I was lucky enough to pick up a commercial cooler with no shelving, free of charge from my local. :-) It is temp controlled and my question is, after the carbonation period would placing beer in the cooler at a steady 12C temp speed up conditioning?
