    Dark Rock Craft Bitter

Will do! Comes with hops, two cans, yeast etc, so I have high hopes. Also, a beard and skinny jeans would not be a good look on me!

Just leave it in the warm and ignore it for a couple of weeks, it will be fine!

    Beaverdale versus WineBuddy

No contest, spend the extra, worth every penny. I always bag in box too, much easier and it keeps well.

Picked up one of these from Shop4homebrew, their own brand two can kit. Going to start it in the next few days. Just wondering if anyone else has already tried one?

Beaverdale 30 bottle Pinot - boost

True, I was just worried that watering the grape juice down would give you a thinner wine. I have done a few beaverdales, they are good kits, the Barrollo is a favourite!

Beaverdale 30 bottle Pinot - boost

I wouldn't water it down, just brew it short, to 21 litres to up the ABV a bit, you will end up with a better tasting wine. Better to have 27 bottles of good plonk than 30 bottles of mediocre:)
